Admission Process (2020-21)
Admission procedure for MBBS Program of Bogomolets National Medical University is given below. There are six steps to finish the admission procedure at Bogomolets National Medical University.
STEP 1: HOW TO APPLY
The Students need to contact us at Rus Med Education to complete their admission process. We will provide you the Application form and course detail. We will help you in choosing the course and completing the application form.
While filling the application form, student need to submit their below mention documents at our office:
- Filled Application Form
- Copy of International Passport
- Copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate
- NEET qualifying certificate
After submitting all the documents to the executive of Rus med education, the team will go through all of your documents and send you a mail regarding the approval or disapproval of your documents in 2-3 working days.
STEPS 2: GETTING INVITATION LETTER AND ADMISSION LETTER
Once the above mention documents are approved by the team of Rus Med Education, the documents are send to the concern university and university will inform about the approval and disapproval of documents within 2-3 working day. Once the documents are approved, the university will issue an invitation and admission letter and send it to the office of Rus Med Education within a given time span.
Once we received the invitation and admission letter we inform the students telephonically.
Students are required to visit our office in order to collect their invitation and admission letter.
STEPS 3: VISA PROCESS
After getting the invitation and admission letter from the university, the students should contact the office of Rus Med Education with required documents for visa.
- Filled Application form for visa process.
- Original passport.
- Original Secondary school certificate (confirmed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille stamp)
- Original Passing certificate (confirmed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille stamp)
- Medical test report for AIDS/HIV.
- Original Invitation and admission letter issued by the university
- Four passport size photograph (with white background and 80% face recognition)
STEPS 4: PRE-DEPARTURE AND POST DEPARTURE COUNSELLING
After getting a visa from the Embassy student ought to contact the office of Rus Med Education.
