Admission Process (2020-21)

After submitting all the documents to the executive of Rus med education, the team will go through all of your documents and send you a mail regarding the approval or disapproval of your documents in 2-3 working days.
STEPS 2: GETTING INVITATION LETTER AND ADMISSION LETTER
Once the above mention documents are approved by the team of Rus Med Education, the documents are send to the concern university and university will inform about the approval and disapproval of documents within 2-3 working day. Once the documents are approved, the university will issue an invitation and admission letter and send it to the office of Rus Med Education within a given time span.
Once we received the invitation and admission letter we inform the students telephonically.
Students are required to visit our office in order to collect their invitation and admission letter.
STEPS 3: VISA PROCESS
After getting the invitation and admission letter from the university, the students should contact the office of Rus Med Education with required documents for visa.
- Filled Application form for visa process.

- Original Secondary school certificate (confirmed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille stamp)
- Original Passing certificate (confirmed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with Apostille stamp)
- Medical test report for AIDS/HIV.

- Four passport size photograph (with white background and 80% face recognition)
STEPS 4: PRE-DEPARTURE AND POST DEPARTURE COUNSELLING
After getting a visa from the Embassy student ought to contact the office of Rus Med Education.
